Below is the order process that happens for Game One webstore purchases, as well as a few questions frequently asked by our customers.

Each and every item available at the Game One webstore is GUARANTEED ORIGINAL and BRAND NEW.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Popular items usually run out of stock quickly than others. Items are mostly in stock and available for online purchase through the Game One webstore. We update our inventory regularly as soon as we have the items restocked.

PAYMENT METHODS

The Game One webstore accepts BANK DEPOSIT (BPI/BDO), LBC PERA PADALA / PALAWAN EXPRESS, GCASH, PAYPAL, and CREDIT CARD (through PayPal) payments.

For PayPal Payments (PayPal and/or Credit/Debit Card Payments)

  • You will be redirect to PayPal. You can then choose either OPTION - PAY WITH MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, or OPTION - PAY WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
  • We may contact you through email for additional requirements, not limited to PayPal requirements, regarding payment. This is to ensure both the customer and the store’s safety against fraud. Please be ready to provide these requirements without blurring any other detail except the first (12) twelve digits of the credit card/debit card used (the last 4 digits is REQUIRED).
  • When paying via PayPal, Game One PH can only ship to the shipping address indicated. We cannot ship to a different adress aside from what is indicated in your PayPal account.

For Bank Deposit (BPI/BDO), LBC Pera Padala / PALAWAN EXPRESS or GCash

  • Payments have to be completed within 2 days or 48 hours for physical products (i.e. games, consoles, accessories, etc.), or within 1 day or 24 hours for digital products (i.e. PS+ Subscription, Steam Wallet Code, etc.).

BPI and BDO Online Banking (Fund Transfer/Send Money to Account) is also accepted. You can send us a screenshot of your transaction via email at support@gameone.ph.

Game One reserves the right to refuse business with a customer if the transaction is suspected to be questionable, or if the customer’s submitted requirements do not pass our standards.

For purchases of DIGITAL CODES, Game One accepts only Bank Deposit / LBC Pera Padala / GCASH payments.*

CUT-OFF TIME

The Game One webstore observes a cut-off period for payments, for us to have ample to to verify payments, and prepare the items purchased for testing, packing and shipping.

  • For orders to be shipped within Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, the cut-off time is 4:00PM.

If your payment was made after your corresponding cut-off time, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Game One does not ship orders on Sundays and holidays due to courier limitations.

 

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Processing is done from Monday to Saturday, until 12:59PM. Items are checked, packed and shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed.  Orders made on Saturdays from 1:00PM onwards, as well as orders made on a Sunday, will be processed as Monday orders.

For Handhelds or Consoles

  • We always check and test the units before we pack and ship them out. A warranty sticker is placed to ensure that the item was purchased from us, so we may better provide you with the appropriate after-sales service.

For Digital Codes

  • Codes are sent via email as soon as the payment is verified. Codes will be emailed from 10AM onwards for transactions that were made from 7:00PM to 9:59AM, as soon as the payment is verified.

 

ORDER STATUS

Your order will be updated to PROCESSING once we confirm payment, and COMPLETE once we ship your order via courier. You will also receive an email of the tracking number so you check status of delivery from the courier.

If the status of your order hasn’t been updated within 24 hours from the time you text or email of payment, please contact us via mobile or email at (+63) 922 895 0320 or support@gameone.ph to follow up. Kindly indicate your order number and name so we can check the status immediately.

 

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

 Game One ships items THROUGH LBC ONLY* as soon as they are paid for before the cut-off time. Game One PH does NOT offer same-day delivery. Please see the estimated delivery time frame below:

  • For orders to be delivered within Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, the estimated delivery time frame is 1-3 days.

Delivery of packages is done from Monday to Saturday only, or according to the courier's shipping schedule. Please be advised that there may be possible delays following days when it's a holiday, the weather is bad or other unforseen circumstances.

EARNING POINTS

You can only earn points once you have applied for a ONE UP! Rewards Card through any of our branches, or through our webstore. You can view the comprehensive FAQs for the ONE UP!  Rewards Points

We are aware that the rewards system shows up by default on all webstore accounts once the user has logged in, but this is NOT ACTIVE, and will only be activated once the user has applied for a ONE UP! Rewards Card.

This means you need to apply for a ONE UP! Rewards Card to earn points, and you DO NOT earn points from purchases automatically.

 

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS

Q: Can I pay for an item online, and pick it up at my desired store/branch? 

A: No. All transactions made through the Game One webstore will be shipped to the address that was provided. The only exceptions for this are the MSI laptops that are offered on an order basis, where downpayment is required.

 

Q: Can I request for PICK-UP via LBC Branch, rather than it being delivered to my address?

A: Yes, we now allow LBC Branch Pick-up for orders with Metro Manila addresses and provincial addresses.*

You will have to provide us the exact location of the LBC Branch you wish to pick-up in the SHIPPING ADDRESS. Please be ready to present a government-issued ID for verification to the LBC Personnel. Otherwise, LBC will not release the item.

The LBC Branch Pick-up should be indicated in the shipping address for PayPal and/or Credit Card payments. Request for change to regular delivery via mobile or email will NOT be accepted.

Q: Can I exchange/return an item I bought?

A: No. We only replace items or issue a refund if said item if found defective or damaged. Change of mind is not a valid reason for exchange. Refunds will be in a form of store credit.
