What are the requirements to be eligible to buy from the Game One PH webstore? 

Buyers must be atleast 21 years old and above, and lives in or has a valid Philippine address.*

For starters, you can register for Game One PH webstore account here: http://gameone.ph/customer/account/create/Registering a Game One PH webstore account is absolutely FREE and encouraged, so you can check out faster everytime you place an order.
Please use a VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS when registering as this is where your order details and payment instructions will be sent.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?

Nope. The Game One PH webstore only ships within the Philippines.   

Can I ship to my relatives in the Philippines, even I'm out of the country/abroad?

Yes! Just use your relatives' Philippine address as your shipping address. Send us an email at support@gameone.phif you need any assitance or encounter problems or hesitations regarding this. 

What currency can I use?

We only accept Philippine Peso (PHP) as payment. 

How do I search for specific items?

Just type the name of the item that you’re looking for in the search box located at the upper right corner of the website.

How do I put items in my shopping cart? 

Just click the ADD TO CART button. It will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
 

I want to buy more. Can I buy multiple items at once?

Of course! Just add keep adding items to your shopping cart and it will all be there once you check out.
 
Just be reminded that this is NOT the case for CheckMeOut (Cash-On-Delivery) purchases. If you would like to purchase more than one (1) item through CheckMeOut, please send us an email at support@gameone.ph.

I changed my mind. Can I remove an item I added to the shopping cart?

Yes! Just click the red X button on the rightmost side.
Note: As our inventory is limited, please remove items from your shopping cart if you do not plan to buy the them.  

How can I check the shipping fee/rate for my address?

Once you access your Shopping Cart to view its contents, you can get a quote of how much the shipping fee/rate will be based on your area.
 

I'm done shopping. How do I checkout?

Just click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
It will direct you to another page where you will be asked to either LOGIN with your Game One PH webstore account, or REGISTER a Game One PH webstore account if you don’t have an account yet.
After which, it will verify the address where you want the item to be shipped. Please make sure that your address is COMPLETE and CORRECT.

How do I pay for my order?

You will be able to choose from three (3) webstore-preferred payment methods. The Game One PH webstore generally accepts PayPal payments, Bank Deposit/Transfers via Banco de Oro (BDO) or Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI), LBC Pera Padala and/or Globe GCash. 

However, for purchases of DIGITAL CODES, Game One accepts only Bank Deposit / LBC Pera Padala / GCASH payments.*

Please REVIEW YOUR DETAILS before you click the PLACE ORDER button to avoid problems and delays with your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with your ORDER NUMBER and corresponding PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.

PAYMENT REMINDERS

For PayPal Payments (PayPal and/or Credit/Debit Card Payments) 

  • You will be redirect to PayPal. You can then choose either OPTION - PAY WITH MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, or OPTION - PAY WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
  • We may contact you through email for additional requirements, not limited to PayPal requirements, regarding payment. This is to ensure both the customer and the store’s safety against fraud. Please be ready to provide these requirements without blurring any other detail except the first (12) twelve digits of the credit card/debit card used (the last 4 digits is REQUIRED).
  • When paying via PayPal, Game One PH can only ship to the shipping address indicated. We cannot ship to a different adress aside from what is indicated in your PayPal account.

For Bank Deposit (BPI/BDO), LBC Pera Padala or GCash

  • Payments have to be completed within 2 days or 48 hours for physical products (i.e. games, consoles, accessories, etc.), or within 1 day or 24 hours for digital products(i.e. PS+ Subscription, Steam Wallet Code, etc.).

BPI and BDO Online Banking (Fund Transfer/Send Money to Account) is also accepted. You can send us a screenshot of your transaction via email at support@gameone.ph.

Game One reserves the right to refuse business with a customer if the transaction is suspected to be questionable, or if the customer’s submitted requirements do not pass our standards.

CUT-OFF TIME

The Game One webstore observes a cut-off period for payments, for us to have ample to to verify payments, and prepare the items purchased for testing, packing and shipping.

  • For orders to be shipped within Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, the cut-off time is 3:00PM.

If your payment was made after your corresponding cut-off time, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Game One does not ship orders on Sundays and holidays due to courier limitations.

 

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Processing is done from Monday to Saturday, until 12:59PM. Items are checked, packed and shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed.  Orders made on Saturdays from 1:00PM onwards, as well as orders made on a Sunday, will be processed as Monday orders.

For Handhelds or Consoles

  • We always check and test the units before we pack and ship them out. A warranty sticker is placed to ensure that the item was purchased from us, so we may better provide you with the appropriate after-sales service.

For Digital Codes

  • Codes are sent via email as soon as the payment is verified. Codes will be emailed from 10AM onwards for transactions that were made from 7:00PM to 9:59AM, as soon as the payment is verified.

 

ORDER STATUS

If the status of your order hasn’t been updated to PROCESSING or COMPLETE after making the payment, please contact us via mobile or email at (+63) 922 895 0320 or support@gameone.ph. Kindly indicate your order number and name so we can check the status immediately.

If your order is UNDER REVIEW, we will be needing additional identification in order to protect your purchase, as well as the majority of our Game One PH webstore customers'. Usually, those with Credit Card or PayPal as their preferred payment method with a transaction amount of P5,000 pesos and above are subject for review. We will be contacting you via email or mobile. We will also immediately process the order once we have received the requirements.

Game One reserves the right to refuse business with a customer if the transaction is suspected to be questionable, or if the customer’s submitted requirements do not pass our standards.

 

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

 Game One ships items THROUGH LBC ONLY* as soon as they are paid for before the cut-off time. Game One does NOT offer same-day delivery. Please see the estimated delivery time frame below:

  • For orders to be delivered within Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, the estimated delivery time frame is 1-3 days.

Delivery of packages is done from Monday to Saturday only, or according to the courier's shipping schedule. Please be advised that there may be possible delays following days when it's a holiday, the weather is bad or other unforseen circumstances.

Note: Tracking numbers are not updated REAL TIME. you can start checking the tracking number through LBC's website after atleast 24 hours.
