HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

  • Click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT. This can be found in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
  • Complete the fields for PERSONAL INFORMATION and SIGN-IN INFORMATION. Please use a VALID e-mail address when registering as this is where your order details and payment instructions will be sent.
  • Hit CREATE AN ACCOUNT below.


If you have an existing account and trying to purchase for the first here on our updated website

  • Make sure to add your date of birth
  • Update your shipping address (if necessary) and fill in the required fields.

 
You can check the status of your order at My Account -> Under My Orders 

  • Paypal Payment - Processing 
  • Bank Deposit | Gcash | LBC - Pending, once payment is confirmed your order will be updated to Processing. 
  • Cash on Delivery - Pending, once the order is confirmed your order will be placed to HOLD first, so the order will not be canceled, then will be updated to processing once your order is shipped. 
  • Check the status of your order: Tracking number and link is provided to track your order once shipped. Under order shipment, click track this shipment. 

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?


You will EARN AUTOMATICALLY. Make sure to login to your account before you place an order or leave a review.  

  • For every PHP 200.00 purchase, you will earn 1 point.
  • For every review of the product, you will earn 30 points (consumable within 60 days only). Applicable to verified purchase only.

HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?
There is absolutely no minimum purchase amount required. At the bottom portion of the checkout page, look for “Apply Rewards”. Input the amount you would like to claim then click on the button.

CAN I USE THE POINTS I EARNED FROM YOUR PHYSICAL STORE ON WEBSTORE PURCHASES AND VICE VERSA?
Please be reminded that as of now, our in-store and online rewards systems are separate, so your points are separate as well. This means that the points you earn from purchases inside our branches will not be reflected on your online store point balance and vice versa but you will still earn points either way.


It is just like placing an order for a regular item. 

Please note that accepted payment methods for a pre-order fee are PayPal, Bank transfer, LBC/Palawan Express, or Gcash only.

Once payment is verified, you will receive an email with the COUPON CODE which you will be able to use for the PRE-ORDERED TITLE.

HOW LONG IS THE VALIDITY OF THE COUPON CODE?
The Discount Code will be only valid TWO WEEKS after the DATE OF RELEASE.

WHEN CAN I COMPLETE MY PRE-ORDER?
We will send an email with a special link usually days before the date of release or on the release date.  Once again, the process is the same as placing a regular order. Please do not forget to input the discount code. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO PICK IT UP IN ONE OF YOUR PHYSICAL STORES ON THE RELEASE?
Upon checkout, please choose the preferred branch so we can forward your details once the downpayment is complete. The balance will be settled in the branch upon pick up.

  • "Products is only available at the store after 3 day(s)" rule does not apply on Pre-Orders
  • Branch staff will notify you once your pre-order is available. Please present a copy of the pre-order invoice to the pickup branch for verification. 


CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

All pre-orders are considered FINAL. Requests to transfer your pre-order slot to a different game, as well as refunds, will NOT be accommodated.

Please be sure before securing a pre-order slot as cancellation of your pre-order forfeits your pre-order slot and downpayment fee.

SHIPPING RATE 

  • The shipping rate is based on location, size, or weight (volumetric) whichever is higher, plus the value of the item. 

HOW LONG WILL YOU PROCESS MY ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING IT OUT?

  • Processing is done from Monday to Saturday, until 3 PM. Orders made on Saturdays from 3 PM onwards, as well as orders made on a Sunday, will be processed on Monday. As such, processing of order takes about 1-3 days depending on the payment method and availability of the items. 
  • Items are checked, packed, and shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed. 
  • Once shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can monitor the status of the package. 

Note: No Processing on Sundays and Holidays.

DO YOU HAVE A CUT-OFF TIME FOR PROCESSING?
We observe a cut-off period for payments, for us to have ample time to verify payments and prepare the items purchased for testing, packing, and shipping.

The cut-off time for payment confirmation depends on the courier you chose on checkout:

  • LBC | Gogo Express – 12 noon
  • Lite Xpress - 12 noon
  • GO Riders – 9 AM

All confirmed orders will be shipped the next day. We do not ship orders on Sundays and holidays due to courier limitations.

 

WILL YOU TEST THE ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING OUT?

  • Yes, we test consoles or handheld devices. We always check and test the units before we pack and ship them out. A warranty sticker is placed to ensure that the item was purchased from us, so we may better provide you with the appropriate after-sales service.

DELIVERY
HOW WILL YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?

Game One PH ships the parcels through Go Rider, LBC, GoGo Express, and Lite Xpress. 

Once the order has been shipped out, delivery lead time:

Game One Rider - 1 to 2 days (no delivery on Sundays) 

LBC and Gogo Express 

  • NCR 1-2 days
  • Luzon 2-3 days
  • Visayas 6-8 days
  • Mindanao 7-9 days
  • Coron 7-10 days
  • Puerto Princesa 3-5 days
  • Batanes 27-30 days (once a month voyage)


Lite Xpress.

  • Luzon 3-12 working days 
  • Visayas 7-14 working days
  • Palawan 15 working days
  • Mindanao 7-14 working days 

Delivery of packages is done from Monday to Saturday only, or according to the courier's shipping schedule. Please be advised that there may be possible delays following days when it's a holiday, the weather is bad, or other unforeseen circumstances.

CAN I REQUEST FOR PICK-UP AT LBC BRANCH, RATHER THAN IT BEING DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS?

  • Yes, we allow LBC Branch Pick-up for orders with Metro Manila addresses and provincial addresses.
  • You will have to provide the exact location of the LBC Branch where you wish to pick up in the SHIPPING ADDRESS. Please be ready to present a government-issued ID for verification to the LBC Personnel. Otherwise, LBC will not release the item.
  • The LBC Branch Pick-up should be indicated in the shipping address for PayPal and/or Credit Card payments. Requests for change to regular delivery via mobile or email will NOT be accepted.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Nope. The Game One PH website only ships within the Philippines.  

CAN I SHIP TO MY RELATIVES IN THE PHILIPPINES, EVEN IF I'M OUT OF THE COUNTRY/ABROAD?

  • Yes! Just use your relatives' Philippine address as your shipping address. Send us an email at [email protected] if you need any assistance or encounter problems or hesitations regarding this.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we have shipped the item, we will be sending an email with the tracking number for your reference.

Note: Tracking numbers are NOT updated REAL-TIME. You check the tracking number after at least 24 hours.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?

  • If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time frame for your shipping address, please contact us via mobile or email at (+63) 922 895 0320 or [email protected]. Kindly indicate your order number and name so we can check the status immediately.

 

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THE PARCEL ARRIVES?

  • If you are not available in the time of the delivery, you may assign a person to receive the parcel on your behalf. Please leave the payment and authorization letter with them. 
  • If the delivery failed, refused, or returned, we will not resend the package. You may re-order again.

For Provincial orders - Pickup will be available 7 to 10 days depending on the earliest schedule of shipment. 

If your order arrives earlier, the store staff will notify you. 

PAYMENT

Payment sent via email before 3 PM will be verified the same day. All payments emailed beyond the specified time will be confirmed the next working day.


PICK UP

  • Your selected branch will notify you once the item is available for pick up.
  • Upon pick up, please present government issued ID and the screenshot of the invoice sent via email.\
  • Once notified, you're required to pickup within 5 days, otherwise you will be charge for storage fee depending on size of the item.

Optional:

  • if you want to assign someone to pick up the item on your behalf, please send an email thru [email protected] ahead of time with complete name and authorization letter with your name, your representative's name and your signatures.
  • Please note that our staff won't release the item if name did not match and valid IDs is not presented. 
    re-delivery might incur an additional delivery charge.  

CANCELLATION

  • If you wish to have the product delivered instead, you will need to cancel and reorder and choose other shipping methods available to your area.
  • For orders that are not yet processed, you can cancel your order in your account or send an email to [email protected]
  • For orders that are already processed, send an email to [email protected].

Game One PH webstore accepts Paypal, bank transfer/deposit, LBC Padala/Palawan Express, Gcash, and COD. All payments (aside from COD and Paypal), shall be completed and sent to support @gameone.ph within the specified period. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Paynamics 

  • If an order is placed within the same day of the refund requests on or before 2 PM, reversal for the amount will be processed within the same day as well. (Excluding Sundays and Holidays)
  • For refunds requested from 2 PM onwards, the Lead time for the Refunded amount will reflect on the customer's account depending on the customer's issuing bank.

  • For orders made and approved within 15 days, a refund is within 1 - 2 business days via Billease.

Paypal 

  • Lead time for the refund depends on the customer's issuing bank or credit card.

Bank Transfer and Gcash 

  • Refund will be processed and credited to the customer's account within 24-48 hours excluding Sundays. 
  • For Gcash refunds, there might be transaction fees associated with the refund process. The deducted amount will be specified prior to the refund being initiated.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

  • The warranty is a 7-day replacement for factory defects with no physical damage. Subject to manufacturer's warranty guidelines. 
  • A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging including manuals, cabling, and accessories all in good condition.

We do not accept items of:

  • Any product(s) returned more than 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Any product(s) not in its original condition.
  • Any product(s) that is damaged or has/have incomplete parts.
  • Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.
  • Any product(s) failure in performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, or accident.
  • Any product(s) incompatible with the end user's device(s). Compatibility with existing end-user devices is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Any product(s) returned due to change of mind.
  • Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue a warranty for non-qualifying items and we cannot return the items to you.

Upon satisfactory return of the product(s) to Game One PH, replacement product(s) will be shipped to the Customer if Game One PH is satisfied that the product(s) returned by the Customer is defective after suitable test and inspections. If the replacement product(s) is not available, a refund of product price will be made to the Customer.

GAME ONE PH SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF ABANDONED UNIT/S IN A MANNER IN ACCORDANCE TO LAW. ABANDONED UNITS ARE CUSTOMER-PROVIDED UNITS WITH REPAIR STATUS AS FOLLOWS:

  • Approved for release but not claimed within 60 calendar days from the date due or if erroneous or no customer contact details of customer were provided from the date of Approval for release: or
  • Units for confirmation, but no confirmation or device from the customer for at least 60 days from the date of last contact.
  • Game One PH shall not be liable for loss or impairment of data arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
  • Game One PH assumes no responsibility for loss or damage due to force majeure or fortuitous event.
